They say its healthy for you. However, most of us don't read the ingredients or understand them. They like to use the big words to confuse us. Evidently, they don't want us to know the truth. The truth may be hard to swallow, However, it's better to know than to ignore it.
Is Miracle Whip made the same way??
I NEVER liked it; in fact, I’ve had a aversion to it my whole life.
Make Your Own Mayonnaise!!!
If I buy it, I buy @DukesMayonnaise, or I make it myself. It's not rocket science, unless emulsification is involved, then technically it might be.
Easy to make home made mayo but it not keep long so waste of time. Not many people live longer than 85 no matter how healthy they eat.

Hellman's isn't mayonnaise. The only true mayonnaise is Duke's!
Far better to just make your own at home.
