@ShellSaidSo Black men have been doing this for years, it’s called growing up. Some men just don’t grow up. It doesn’t need to be labeled. We don’t need to steal a phrase from women. They can have the “soft” lives…

It’s still a no for me dawg. Plenty of well adjusted, mature Black men been on this wave without having to steal the catch phrase from women.

Can we just work towards these things without calling it “Soft Life” though ? I’m not understanding the need to put a label on it. The reality is that there’s no such thing as a soft life, life is full of tough challenges.

Just use "gentle" man. Since men are having such an issue with soft . Also soft is currently being used by women. It only makes sense men to hold their own term.

None of those videos showed that. Just guys doing regular stuff that is really just them sustaining their lives. Like you gotta eat, so making some basic meal isn’t a soft life. How about grooming b/c enough of them don’t do that. That beard is screaming for self care/soft life!
