your delivery person just asked to take a picture of my husbands drivers license. We only ordered five guys. When we called to file a complaint on the driver, yall just said “ok sorry there’s nothing we can do.” Ok so you’re comfortable w/ drivers scamming?

How do I get the completely wrong order and I am not entitled to a refund? Your customer service sucks

How does this help worried parents? I'd like to know how you addressing dashers, driving with others in the car to drop off food, don't match the profile. Too many times the dasher does not meet who drops off the food.

Do not get the dashpass as this company is corrupt and crooked and steals your money and your food!!!

Less on advertising and more on the actual product, which is comically expensive and sucks.

You guys are despicable. Pay your drivers better. Also you guys lowered suggested tip amounts furthering lowering the pay of Drivers.

The solution to worried parents is maybe bringing their food when your Dasher forget it!! I had to pay your service fee twice after ordering because everybody’s food was brought but my child’s. So you can quit with that fake advertisement shit!!! @DoorDash

Is there a way to stop multiple orders I can't tell you the amount of times it tells me my order is coming to me but the driver has 3-5 more stops before me its crazy yall allow that
