Most people love the Pine Barrens episode but, it is probably one of my least favorites. It was a clunky storyline that really didn’t fit in with the show. There was not really any reference in previous episodes or following episodes. It was acted well it just didn’t fit in.

I respectfully disagree. Pine Barrens is an atypical episode. I think White Caps is superior

Years later, that memory turned into the idea: what if mobsters took a man into the Pine Barrens to dispose of a body—but the victim turned out to be alive, escaped into the woods, and the mobsters ended up lost themselves?
