A little bit of Warning era history for ya... About half of these demos were recorded on old '90s tape machines called ADATs. They ran on actual VHS tapes. Billie had two in his old studio and used them to make 16-track demos on two tapes. The problem was, if you lost one or broke one, half of your songs were gone. When we started digging around the archive for the Warning demos, we found a bunch of drum tracks but no guitars or vocals anywhere. Then Dugan found this broken tape at the bottom of the box labeled "Samiam," managed to fix it up, and voila there were the missing tracks! Here’s a taste of one of those demos.
