The SEC has officially established four categories of crypto assets that are *not* classified as securities: 1. Digital Commodities: Including major cryptocurrencies such as BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, and DOGE. 2. Digital Collectibles: NFTs and meme coins. 3. Digital Utilities: ENS domains and utility tokens. 4. Payment Stablecoins: Compliant stablecoins that meet the criteria of the GENIUS Act.

If they classify as a security it will be the death of crypto they need to not allow these banks to have a hand in any of this! These banks are legitimately evil and they have not even remotely tried to hide their greed!
