She planned for her husband to go and get food, She then proceeded to unalive 3 children, not all at once. But one after the other &, She gained the trust of the very same children she brought into this world and took their life. She then cowardly/selfishly tried to take her own.

to be clear, the only time she hallucinated was in the 18 minute span of strangling her 3 kids, after sending her husband to drive across town for takeout that she ordered. She could have called her doctor or her husband or her mom to let them know about the hallucination, but instead she strangled her kids.
