The Trump administration on Tuesday increased the U.S. refugee program's ceiling to welcome another 10,000 Afrikaners it argues are facing racial discrimination in South Africa because they are White. The South African government has consistently and categorically denied that Afrikaners are being persecuted. CBS News' Camilo Montoya-Galvez has more.
