Chlorine dioxide is very effective. Since I started doing CLD oral rinses, I have not had a cavity in nearly three years. Whereas before I was getting them frequently, no matter how often I brushed, flossed, or what I ate. It also healed a tooth that was on ‘watch status’ and reversed gingivitis and early periodontal gum disease.

No such thing as “germs,” but I get what he’s trying to say. Ivermectin and fenbendazole work fine. Don’t get me wrong, but you definitely want to add the natural ingredients, because they kill the other classes of parasites that ivermectin and fenbendazole don’t. Plus, you want to go online and look up what ingredients your brand of ivermectin and fenbendazole Use. They’re being sneaky and putting polysorbate 80 and propylene glycol in some of these batches now. Wormwood, black walnut, clove, oregano, pumpkin seed. There’s a plethora of things you can use, but you don’t need to use them long term. In fact, you shouldn’t. A 5 to 7 day cleanse should be suffice, if you are fasting in the mix. tooth fractures are the primary cause of decay in my experience as a dentist. the bugs don't eat enamel unless hygiene is super poor. most of the time the grinding of teeth causes micro fractures that allow bacteria into the soft inside of the tooth.

The actual problem is how to kill only the bad bugs. Mauth wash is shown to have bad outcomes at heart issues level. Calcium bentonite clay wash Lactobacillus salivarius + reuteri yogurt eliminated my morning bad breath. Clorine dioxide solution and baking soda would also help

A Xylitol mint after every meal or snack. Make sure there is no sorbitol in the ingredients. Just suck the mint, don't eat or drink for an hour and it will prevent bacterial growth and help your saliva remineralise your teeth.

In dental school, there are no conversations about nutrition or the poor carb rich human diet. I inform that a ketogenic or Carnivore diet are the best choices to prevent cavities. Single-handedly, a zero carb diet will protect you more than any other dental related product.

If there was a single example of science showing that a bug can move from one person to another and create the same illness then this might have a start. Spread of diseases or germs has yet to be proven by any real science to date.

Use Xylitol, either as a mint or chewing gum. You could also put a tiny amount of pure xylitol in your mouth, wait for saliva to dilute it, and swish it around.

Tooth decay is due to eating processed and refined foods. Eating the fresh plant and animal based foods (unprocessed and unrefined) is natural, healthy and doesn’t cause tooth decay. Because the healthiest foods are live (not dead). The best way to keep your teeth healthy is to ensure you get plenty of essential oils in the diet (prevention is the best cure). Dr. Weston A. Price discovered that essential oils is the key to healthy teeth. It can even reverse tooth decay. But nobody eats a perfect diet in the modern world. A great solution is having cheese after a meal. It works wonders and even stops tooth aches.
