Yesterday, I was so impressed by Ben Cooper’s photograph capturing the different stages of the solar eclipse in a single image that I immediately started adding the same idea to my eclipse project. Now it’s tested and ready. You can choose any point on Earth and any solar eclipse from the past 4,000 years or the next 1,000 and see how the Sun moved across the sky during the eclipse.

So, we all know that the birth of Jesus was announced by a star in the East, a special star that rose before the Sun, and that three Magi, or Babylonian astrologers, came bearing gifts for the birth of Jesus. But what was this star? Ancient astrologers followed the movements of the planets, the Sun and the Moon in relation to the zodiac constellations. I found a specific and extremely rare conjunction of Venus and Jupiter, the two brightest planets visible in our sky, in the constellation of Leo. To make the connection even stronger, Jesus is called the Lion of Judah! Conjunctions of Jupiter and Venus occur almost every year, but what made this conjunction so special and rare was that the planets came extremely close, within less than 0.01°, and appeared as one very bright star in the morning sky, as seen from the Levant and ancient Persia. This alignment occurred in 2 BCE. To make it even more interesting, Jesus would have been exactly 33 years old in March AD 33, when the solar eclipse occurred in Pisces. Exactly 2,000 years later, in 2033, we will witness the same solar eclipse in Pisces. You cannot make this up. It is all there. The signs in the stars do not lie. Venus and Jupiter are associated with the divine masculine and feminine energies. Venus is also close by in the same sign during both eclipses. ( April 3, 33AD) This year, Easter falls on the same Sunday as in the year 33, if that was really the date of the resurrection. This is an interesting coincidence. The feast ends on Sunday, and on Monday, three days after the New Moon, the crescent Moon will fully occult Venus. The occultation will be visible from the Levant and will occur in the constellation of Virgo while the Sun is positioned near Virgo’s head. The ancients sought to preserve the memory of these signs. The Sun, Moon, and Venus appear throughout ancient Sumerian and Mesopotamian legends, while the crescent Moon and the Star of Venus can even be found in Christianity and Islam today. This rare occurrence in Virgo might be connected to the passage in Revelation describing the woman clothed with the Sun and the Moon beneath her feet, as the crescent Moon will appear near Virgo’s feet. The Earth's magnetic field protects us not only from solar flares but also from cosmic radiation. When the Sun enters a Grand Solar Minimum, its magnetic field weakens for a long period. This lets more cosmic radiation into the Solar System, and this directly impacts the climate on Earth and increases volcanic activity. The last Little Ice Age occurred during a Grand Solar Minimum. 🚨MARK YOUR CALENDARS 🪐FEBRUARY 28, 2026 That evening, six planets will appear lined up across the sky in a rare event astronomers call a “planetary parade.” The lineup includes: Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. Four of them, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, and Saturn should be visible to the naked eye shortly after sunset. Uranus and Neptune will require binoculars or a small telescope. This happens because the planets orbit the Sun on roughly the same flat plane. From Earth, they occasionally appear to line up along that path, creating the illusion of a straight row across the sky. Best viewing: • About 30 minutes after sunset • Look low toward the western sky • Clear, dark skies will give the best view Events with this many visible planets at once are not common. And finally....its NOT an Asteroid. Yes.... They are here...... . A mysterious interstellar object, 31/ATLAS, is racing through our solar system and will reach its closest point to the sun October 29. At the same time, NASA is preparing the Artemis II mission for 2026, and aiming to return humans to the Moon by 2027. But the question remains… Is NASA showing us everything? Or is something being kept in the shadows of space?

Here is a 3D visualization of the coming solar storm using model parameters from NASA's run, NOAA's run (shown below), and the coronagraph views from STEREO-A/COR2 and SOHO/LASCO. The storm is expected to hit Earth early December 9. The 3D visualization clearly shows the low inclination orientation of the solar slinky core inside the larger storm envelope. Of course, the earlier eruption that erupted to the northeast, might deflect this structure a little bit, but likely that will only make the structure move more towards the ecliptic plane, which will give us a larger chance of crossing through the solar slinky core. One nice thing about low inclination flux rope cores is that they almost ALWAYS have southward field in them at some point. So this is good news for aurora photographers-- as long as this solar storm stays true to its launch trajectory and inclination, we could see some organized southward pointed magnetic field. Considering this solar storm is fast-- that usually indicates the storm will not deviate much from its original launch trajectory!
