If you want to be a consistent punter, it begins and ends with the drop. Try the Punter’s Mile: walk around the track trying to make every drop pop back to you at 11 o clock. -maintain consistent speed -keep the drop at 11 -drop the ball so it pops back up to you (no flipping over itself) The combination of consistent walking steps, correct alignment, and a loose arm will start to develop the muscle memory you need for in-game consistency and power. OneOnOne Kicking Camps🏈

A dining table with a view. Bored of dining in a restaurant which doesn’t move? Well, here’s the perfect solution for you. West India Quay in Canary Wharf right now, where you can wave to the diners as they float by. Love it.

Donovan Mitchell understands it now. The cheat code for off the dribble 3s is allowing the ball to float and then dip it as you gather it, turning a pull up into a catch and shoot.

If it’s a clear cut penalty, it doesn’t need 200 replays for a referee to make up his mind. If you start showing different angles to prove to the referee that he made a wrong decision, maybe then it’s no longer a clear and obvious error.

The Spontaneous Sx Excuse Couples love to say sx should just happen naturally, no planning, no pressure, and then they look up and it's been two months. Here's the uncomfortable truth: that spontaneity rule is often the exact reason it stopped. “We'll see if we're both in the mood” sounds fair, but be honest about where that sentence lands. It lands on no. And in a lot of couples, one person quietly benefits from keeping it vague, because if it never gets planned, it never has to happen. Early on, desire just shows up. A few years in, for a lot of us, it stops leading and starts following, showing up after you start, not before. So stop waiting to want it and start setting the table. Pick a loose window, flirt the day before, and drop the rule that you both have to be dying for it first. The real question isn't whether scheduling kills the romance. It's whether you actually want this to happen, or want it vague enough that it never has to.

“Christian conservatives themselves are making these appeals to the Bible as justification for their actions and justifications for the laws they want to pass, without engaging with science or data as an explanation for those laws. Versus when you look at progressive candidates, for instance, there is typically: Here’s the data. Here’s what we know. Here’s why we’re proposing this, and this is how it works.” No. The idea that a man can become a woman - or that a baby doesn’t have value - isn’t a factual one, it’s a religious one.

ollie: my goal remains to be a ferrari driver one day but we need to see how things develop. but of course, i don’t want to be sitting around for 3-5 years waiting for a seat to become available because there’s no guarantees. my ultimate goal is to fight for world championships, and if that means it’s not with ferrari, that’s life. it’s not up to me. i want to be fighting for wins and championships, and whatever team i believe that’s possible with, i’m happy to take the step with them. Remember, this is Obama’s mess in Iran. Trump is mopping it up. Since it now needs to be clarified…. Here’s how Trump differs from Bush and Cheney. (Start with the fact Trump doesn’t have a daddy complex and he doesn’t thirst for blood money).

Cleta Mitchell says that if Thune doesn’t move the Save America Act to the floor for a vote, it’s not because Senate rules block him. The bill is in a Senate vehicle and can be called up with 51 votes. If it doesn’t move, it’s because leadership is choosing not to act. Cleta Mitchell
