The unstoppable Toby Young perfectly explains the impulse that is driving Labour to clamp down on free speech and the platforms, like this one, which facilitate it. A poisonous mixture of believing themselves always right, they're opponents always malign, and discomfort at robust intellectual exchange (I call this stupidity).... show more

Elon Musk slams the reporter for falsely labeling normal people “far right” 🔥 “I support normal people. What you call the far right, falsely, is the normal person. You could go back 10 or 15 years, and these policies were completely normal. One of the tricks that I think is quite funny is to take a speech from Obama or Hillary and show it to someone on what I call the lunatic left, saying, ‘What do you think of this speech by Trump?’ They’ll say, ‘Oh wow, he’s the worst person ever.’ Actually, that was a speech by Obama. Actually, that was a speech by Hillary. These are just normal people. Here are the principles, and tell me which of these sounds terrible: secure borders, safe cities and sensible spending. Which of those three is far-right fringe? I would like to admonish YOU and the media for the absurd characterization of the far right. It is false, misleading and nonsense. Please keep this part in.”

I always post first to see the reaction and if it gets a good one I’ll post across all my platforms. This one has a huge reaction already and it’s only up 30 minutes!! What an absolute mess the Irish government is. Now we are down to a choice of two! Never of which deserve to be the next President of Ireland. It’s simply pathetic at this stage

Let me make this clear since I see people posting videos like this one from last night claiming that "NYPD officers are barging into protests to stop free speech". Free speech DOES NOT include the destruction of public property. Climbing a light pole on Veterans Day, breaking down the American flag, throwing it to the ground and replacing it with a Palestinian flag, is NOT free speech, it's call being an a$$hole. For the record, this took place on E 43rd St and Lexington Ave in Manhattan and the individual was arrested, rightfully so.

Why Starmer & Labour banning speakers from London for 'hate-speech' is not the answer, with Michelle Dewberry for Dewbs & Co on GB News last tonight. “Look, one thing with the Labour Party is whenever they’re upset about what’s called hate speech, their first course of action is always to ban things, whether it’s online or offline. Their solution always seems to be to want to ban and clamp down on not just speech, but other forms of expression as well. And again, it’s just a knee-jerk reaction to the state for the solution to all of life’s problems.”

The Albanese Labor Government's introduction of new misinformation and disinformation legislation is just a renewed attack on freedom of speech in Australia. This terrible bill will be strongly opposed by One Nation Australia! Labor has never understood freedom of speech or how it works, and people always fear what they don’t understand. That’s why Labor wants to shut down freedom of speech. That’s why Labor wants to give itself the power to decide what is misinformation and disinformation, and use this power to silence honest debate and honest criticism. Labor is appalled at the very notion that Australians still have the right to say things that Labor doesn’t agree with. Labor doesn’t trust the Australian people to sort out truth from fiction for themselves. With this bill, Labor shows its contempt for the intelligence of the Australian people. Labor will use this power to silence dissent. If you speak the truth that gender ideology is contrived nonsense, or that climate change is a scam, or that COVID-19 vaccines are harmful – Labor will have the power to silence you. This bill is all the evidence this country needs to have a good, hard look at enshrining the right to free speech in the Constitution. One Nation tried to move an inquiry to kick start this process. Labor opposed it along with those other staunch opponents of free speech in Australia, the Greens. When are Australians going to wake up and understand these parties for what they are? They despise democracy and the principles which underpin its foundations. There is no democracy in Australia without freedom of speech, its most important principle. One Nation will always fight to protect true freedom of speech in our continual efforts to defend Australian democracy.

It's clear from Lisa Nandy that it doesn't matter HOW BAD the BBC is, Labour will always speak highly of them and ensure we will always have to pay for it. Why know why. Because Labour agree with them The BBC think they're untouchable This is why they're institutionally biased

"They're all Fabians." Rupert Lowe warns that the Labour Party is hell-bent on implementing the Fabian Society's "malign" agenda to foster a "dependency culture"—at the expense of the British people. "The Fabian Society's emblem is a wolf in sheep's clothing... Embedded within it is eugenicism." "What it wants to do is destroy all good and create a dependency culture." "They don't... have the well-being of the British people at the top of their agenda. They've got an ideology, which is malign, at the top of their agenda."

The term "misinformation" has been weaponised by the Labour Government. According to the Government, "misinformation" is a uniquely dangerous phenomenon that is being used to divide people, undermine democracy, and fuel hatred and violence. To deal with this scourge, ministers are drawing up a new regime of censorship on social media and the internet, which will have a chilling effect on our right to free speech. This is the most restrictive apparatus of speech control since Charles I. Read FSU Director of Policy and Research David Rose’s report below 👇
