Socialism isn’t the answer. The left has spent years purging liberals from its own coalition. Meanwhile, both the left and the right have chipped away at the liberal principles our society is built on. There are examples of successful Democratic governance like the governor of Colorado or the mayor of Austin but they get almost no national attention. Instead, the spotlight goes to politicians like Mamdani or Newsom. One has already FAILED and the other is headed in the same direction. People ultimately vote with their feet. Blue states are losing population, and the trend is significant enough that they are on track to lose congressional representation.
