Don't buy anything from Bose. Their quality control is atrocious and their customer service is even worse. Honestly the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Bose has had my product and my money for over 6 months. Give me my money back you criminals

These ear buds worthless because left ear charges and right one doesn't or vice versa. Very, very disappointed plus connecting is a huge problem what a joke.

The question all Bose fans (myself included) should be asking is: Is the amount of times that I had to struggle to get my Bose product to work correctly really worth the time? I mean, there is so many better alternative options out there and gone are the days where Bose was nr1!
