Assuming 10,000 tons for the block, the impact force on the 1st floor beneath it is 1 million tons plus the static weight of block. The physics only require that the single floor of impact cannot support 1,010,000 tons to start a chain reaction. Thats the impact. It’s sufficient.

The twin towers didn't just collapse, they didn't melt, they didn't turn to dust, they exploded from the inside out the entire way down. I-Beams were found embedded in buildings blocks away. This is not normal of a "pancake" collapse. It is however normal of a demolition.
