Real talk — I’ve been thinking about the Wolverine stack and it makes zero sense to me to put BPC-157 and TB-500 in the same vial. These two have totally different half-lives and ideal dosing schedules. BPC wants to be in there daily, TB-500 shines with bigger doses a couple times a week. Locking them together in one vial forces you into one fixed ratio and one schedule for both — you can’t tweak or taper them independently. Why give up that control? Somebody convince me I’m wrong. What’s the actual advantage of pre-mixing them

That’s because the 503A Bulks List is basically a pathway that lets compounding pharmacies use certain bulk drug substances to compound drugs for patient-specific prescriptions. The FDA is recommending against adding seven popular peptides to the list. Unless RFK goes against the FDA staff recommendation, these companies’ path to legally compounding and selling peptides becomes very difficult.
