There's validity to this concept. Temporarily solves less bulky wearable setup. Also solves the feel of keyboard for text input for now. This is a good stepping stone for the next thing.

I do like the privacy aspects of this (especially in environments like on planes)

What happens if you need glasses in the first place? Do you put these glasses on top of the others?

The micro corrections that your eyes have to do are unbearable in long exposures. The technology is not there yet to make real time head movement compensation. A normal screen is still a far better experience.

Been using XReal glasses like that for months. Great in crowded areas with low light and minimal privacy. However I find typing difficult without view of the keyboard

Very cool, it'll probably be super expensive.
