I was 4 years old in 1988 and it's literally the year when I came in to full consciousness as a human and really got into music, I had a little fisher price gape player and I had many of these jams on my own tapes and some I borrowed from my mom!! Great memories of 1988!!🙌🏾

The year I graduated from high school. Great memories!

feels like a Saturday morning lol

Jamming with my boo at the school dance.

What a time. What a year. And though not RNB @Take6official launched officially as well that year. Oh SADE SADE SADE

I have specific memories to EVERY one of those songs! Every artist had their own specific sound/groove. Today most of that shit sounds the same. At the time, we knew it was good. Looking back I can say we didn’t know how good it was.
