'Looking at' means doing nothing. As Private Eye points out ad nauseam, Crapita and others such as E&Y and PWC still get government contracts because all UK govts love to outsource. I doubt there will be any change in a year's time.

The people of Gary, Indiana have been left in the dark long enough. Mayor Melton and neighboring officials are pointing directly at NIPSCO for failing to maintain their infrastructure, and now 10,000 families are still paying the price. This is unacceptable. These families are waiting on an executive order to declare a natural disaster while their food spoils and their lights stay off.

Too many problems have been pushed onto them: unaffordable housing, weak growth, student debt, climate change, and a pensions system that politicians are too nervous to discuss honestly. We won’t pretend there are easy answers. But we are working with experts on serious, long-term policies to give young people a better chance in life than they have today.

An update on #GlobalMarchToGaza - myself and many others including Canadians are being held up at a checkpoint between Cairo and Ismailia. Everyone’s passport has been taken. We have been told that no one is allowed to cross this checkpoint unless if they are Egyptian. People are not getting their passports back. Some have been waiting for hours. Some people have been told to get their passports back, they have to get on a bus to the airport to be deported. There are hundreds and estimated 1000 people at this checkpoint alone. People are rallying and chanting at this checkpoint - “Free Free Palestine”.
