She came with a frivolous suit against the therapist, cause she gave her an advice to leave her fiance cause she complained a lot about her fiance, but the judge ruled in favor of the therapist.

Marc Andreessen’s advice to small business owners on how AI can turn them into far more capable operators. “Here’s my staffing schedule… what do you think of it?” “Here’s the last hundred emails we’ve gotten from customers… what are the patterns of that?” “You basically turn the AI into a thought partner.” “It’s like having the world’s best coach, mentor, therapist, advisor, board member… but it’s infinitely patient.” Source: Marc Andreessen 🇺🇸 on Next Up with Mark Halperin Full episode:

This week on Ava Devine’s Bad Advice, I sit down with therapist and trauma specialist Ryan Wynder to unpack a question that has been on my mind after receiving recent online attacks: Why do some people build platforms around mocking, humiliating, and degrading others? The conversation examines insecurity, projection, groupthink, toxic masculinity, outrage culture, parasocial audiences, and the emotional rewards people receive when they make others feel small. Most importantly, this episode asks a bigger question: What kind of society are we creating when cruelty becomes entertainment? Episode drops June 17th on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple. 😂 OFFSET JUST TURNED CALL HER DADDY INTO A SEX EDUCATION CLASS. Alex Cooper asked Offset what men should actually focus on when pleasing their partner. His answer? “It’s not about you, dog. You gonna get yours. Let her get hers first.” 😭 Then he started breaking down his philosophy while Alex kept validating every point. Offset basically said men need to stop trying to prove something and start paying attention to what their partner actually enjoys. And just when you thought he was done giving “words of wisdom”… Alex hit him with a completely different question, and Offset immediately switched into relationship-advice mode. 💀 Alex’s verdict? “Words of wisdom from Offset.” Offset’s response? “Words of wisdom from your boy… yours truly.” 😂 Did Offset actually have a point, or did he just accidentally become a sex therapist? 👀

Jordan Peterson dropped a couple of relationship stats that hit harder than most marriage advice I’ve heard. First: if one (or both) partners starts rolling their eyes during a conversation with a therapist, there’s a 95% chance they’ll be divorced within six months. That eye-roll is pure contempt — the relationship is already in serious trouble. Second: track positive vs negative interactions. If the ratio falls below 5 positive to 1 negative, the relationship is at risk. But if it goes above 11 positive to 1 negative, it’s also in danger. Why? Because you need some pushback. If your partner never calls you out when you’re being stupid or domineering, resentment builds and your inner tyrant takes over. The sweet spot is somewhere in the middle: mostly positive, but with enough honest friction to keep both people growing. It’s a refreshingly practical way to think about what actually keeps a relationship alive.

After his inspiring victory yesterday at the Houston Open, Gary Woodland spoke about his decision to open up about his PTSD after recovery from brain surgery: “I've talked to some veterans that told me you can't do this on your own, you've got to talk. “And it was just time. My therapist, my wife more than anybody keep telling me I've got to take care of myself before I can help people. That's hard, I want to help people. “I've realized after the first four weeks when I played how hard it was on me, that I had to take care of myself because I was getting off. “That interview was the first step in that.” This is great advice from Gary on the importance of talking about mental health issues. It’s probable that the freedom Gary felt after that interview at The Players helped him win this week for the first time since the 2019 US Open.

I'm a brain surgeon, and I'm gonna show you how to operate your brain the way it's designed, to help you heal the wounds you’ve been carrying. This is part three, make sure you watch then other ones also. Let's scrub in and get it done. Naming the Wound Takes Away Its Power Vague pain feels bigger than specific pain. When you can’t name what happened or what you feel, your brain treats the wound like an unmapped threat, and it stays on alert, never resolving the danger signal. Neuroscience nugget: Studies on affect labeling show that putting a precise name to a painful feeling reduces activity in the amygdala and increases activity in the prefrontal cortex; the simple act of naming it calms the alarm. Self-Brain Surgery Procedure: Write one sentence naming exactly what happened and exactly what you felt with no exaggeration or minimizing. “When ___ happened, I felt ___.” Read it out loud. Notice how much smaller it feels once it has a name. Scripture: “The words of the reckless pierce like swords, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.” Proverbs 12:18, NIV This is self-brain surgery. Hard and holy work. Follow me to connect neuroscience and scripture every day. Save this to help when you need to heal. Share it with a friend who's hurting. Click the link in my bio to learn more about Self-Brain Surgery. (Note: I'm not a therapist, but I've done the work to heal after war, PTSD. and child loss. This series shows the things that helped me, but these are not medical or mental health advice for you. Talk to your therapist or provider if you're struggling) #selfbrainsurgery #neuroscience #neuroplasticity #grief #healing

Kim Kardashian admitted on a lie detector test that she uses ChatGPT to prep for her law exams, but the bot often gives wrong answers, which has made her fail tests and afterwards she genuinely takes it to task over it. "Do you consider ChatGPT your friend?" - Teyana Taylor "No. I use it for legal advice. When I need to know the answer to a question, I photograph it, take a picture and upload it in there. "It's made me fail tests constantly. And then I get mad and I scream at it: 'You made me fail! Why did you do that?' And it says back to me: 'This is just teaching you to trust your own instincts. You knew the right answer all along'" "Me and ChatGPT are toxic friends who need to do better, because I'm counting on them to actually help. And she's teaching me a life lesson and then becoming my therapist, explaining why I should believe in myself after they gave the wrong answer. It's a whole ritual at this point. I'm constantly screenshotting it and throwing it in the group chat: 'Can you believe this bitch is talking to me like this? It's insane'"
