There are many discussions on unit tests lately, so I recorded a quick video sharing a side-project I am working on, how it is structured, and where unit tests fit. It was an impromptu session while I was working on something else, so a bit chaotic but hopefully useful.

Lynx huh? 👀👀

noooo way, your side project is about finally adding formal verification to elixir? I was waiting so long, hope it will be released soon

psst @hillelogram

Will it be easy to build a custom backend, suppose we want to use TLA+ for easy concurrency proofs... Or, like, suppose we've written our own proof assistant language :P

TLA+ would not fit here, Quinn presented at ElixirConf a project that compiles a specification to TLA+. I think Dafny or F* could be alternative backends here.

Please, Link

loved this session, awesome content. thanks.

@joshprice @grok transcription please for the clankers

What software to record the screen you used?

Not gonna lie, I tried bend 2 a few weeks ago and I've been thinking about integrating Lean in Elixir non stop since then. Very cool side project @josevalim very cool!

Full transcript @josevalim your copyright lmk if you want it taken down

potentially best thing for a deploy [runtime] once, and agent loop hot-code upgrade features daily .. 🤔

boa, ver como o projeto tá estruturado e onde o teste unitário entra vale mais que dez threads sobre o assunto.

Your side project will validate all of our side projects
