A prototype I was working on a while ago. I call it, XF: eXtreme Formula.

Translating #SparkTEJ's combat into the XF character controller. It's NOT 1:1 with the 3rd game and I don't think it will ever be, overall I am glad to be working with this new character controller, the new code is so much easier to work with and allows me to do a lot more. Will start working on slope physics and proper running on loop de loops soon enough. Also, I think I like this closer camera angle better, spark also might not jump as high as before. This may allow stages to be denser since you're less likely to run past everything, but we will see.

A while back I was working on this prototype for a semi-randomized gameplay generator. There's absolutely no regard for music sync, but at least it reliably avoids creating any impossible setups

A week ago I needed a way to illustrate how I wanted an iPhone Duo concept to work. I didn't need a working prototype as much as just a way to share a quick idea. This little Duo Studio was born from that need and figured it was worth sharing out. Go use it here:

Was going through a depressive episode. but unironically rediscovering this while working on the pooh video made me feel a sense of joy again. call me stunted, I don't care. I was smiling.

There are many discussions on unit tests lately, so I recorded a quick video sharing a side-project I am working on, how it is structured, and where unit tests fit. It was an impromptu session while I was working on something else, so a bit chaotic but hopefully useful.

"I said on this show about six weeks ago that I thought Ken had nosed ahead and was a front runner (for Tasmania), I can't call it now. I can't call it between Longmire and Hinkley." Caroline Wilson's update on Tasmania's search for a coach 👉
