Why don’t they update the legislation and legalize it before the election then?

This Amendment does not allow citizens to grow their own weed for personal use. It is a corporate power grab.

Spare me. The legislature had plenty of time to make it legal. They haven't, so we the people took matters into our own hands. If they cared about this issue, they would have made some laws last session. They knew this amendment was coming.

Except they haven't and they won't - they WANT it to be illegal because "the smell" or "we don't like the way they design their storefronts". Meanwhile, everyone else wants to take away power from the government that it has historically abused.

well, it is a cash cow for the state. If it passes, Florida won't be able to trap the poor into the 'system'. Do you know what the 'system' is? You don't want to fall into that trap without the financial means to defend yourself. Vote yes on 3, no on 4.

Floridian should vote yes. If cigarettes are legal, MJ should also be legal
