We feed 15 cats 2 times a day at the farm, and have a heat lamp area for them. They also just stay in the hay storage. The horses don't mind them at all

I have a total of 6 cat shelters on my back deck and 2 shelters on my front porch for the stray cats. Three of the shelters are heated and the others all have fleece blankets and self heating mats inside to keep them warm in cold weather. I must have a reputation in the neighborhood as the cat lady because a neighbor I had never met before brought me a cat shelter she made out of a plastic storage tub and put straw inside it for warmth. 😂 She said she knew I sheltered cats in winter time so she made it for me! Amazing!

Temporarily it’s nice but they should be captured and brought to an animal shelter for spay and neutering then adopted out. How could anyone sustain all those cats properly. I will admit I put food outside for a few cats in my neighborhood. Just recently I trapped one who seemed pregnant and had her picked up by animal control.
