I hardly answer ignorant people on Social Media, but let me put this extended video here for the first time. This was in 2017 and I stand by my words. In summary, what I said was that the APC may not be our best and may have some corrupt elements within it (they’ll not be spared if they’re caught), but that does not mean we should go back to the era of impunity of the PDP from which we are coming. I said and I repeat that the APC was the best vehicle we had to wrestle power from the PDP (like the June 12 struggle was used to wrestle power from the Military) and to keep them out of power till today. I have observed that my message about a curse affecting the chances of the Igbos for their presidential ambition has been grossly misunderstood and misinterpreted. In some quarters, it’s been perceived as my hatred for the tribe and my support for the current administration. It’s important for me to clarify that there has never been a time when my messages or prophecies expressed my hatred for any tribe for whatever reason. I love everyone regardless of their tribe, and this is why my church has a mixture of several tribes and ethnic groups, because we don’t segregate; we treat everyone respectfully, regardless of what they represent. What changes are taking place? What messages are being sent? The government was saying, we stand with Israel. The media outlets were saying, we stand with Israel. The New York City Mayor also said we stand with Israel. Online influencers were saying, we stand with Israel. My question has been the same, how is it that the people on the street are going against the recommendations and advice of politicians in Washington, London, Paris, and everywhere else across the world? Why are they not simply listening to the mainstream media? It seems to me that this is not just about Palestine and Israel. This is something much bigger, much deeper, and widespread, which we do not yet understand, despite some simple explanations thrown out here and there by people who have not even been at any of those rallies and rely only on some online clips.
