there is another important detail in Julie’s text thread that is easy to overlook. she never actually answered Michael Proctor’s question. Proctor told her that Colin’s attorney was not returning his calls. He asked Julie and Chris to speak with Colin and find out what day and time worked... for another interview. Julie did not say she would ask Colin. She did not provide a date. She did not refer Proctor back to the attorney. She did not decline. Instead, she answered only the personal part “Same to you and E. It all really sucks. Hope the kids are doing good.” Proctor then gave that response a thumbs-up. So where is the rest of the conversation? How was Colin’s interview ultimately coordinated? Was it done over the phone, through Chris, through the attorney, or through messages that were no longer present? Because the one Proctor exchange investigators found on Julie’s phone contains a request, but no actual answer.show more

Listen to what Rosemary Scapiccio says here…⬇️ Before she ever received information from his phone, Proctor was allowed to go through the phone for “privileged” material “with his wife.” Then, prior to being turned over to Rosemary Scapicchio, the Norfolk DA’s office ran another search on the phone for other privileged material. That means that Michael Proctor was the FIRST POINT OF FILTRATION before handing it off to the same DA who had already spent years protecting him. ❌ This reminds me of when Jen McCabe was allowed to quickly delete messages (if it really is just messages) that SHE deemed to be private before turning it in when Karen Read was being investigated/prosecuted. What if Brian Walshe was allowed to pick through his own phone before giving it to investigators? What else has Proctor said about Aidan Kearney, for that matter? What is the purpose of data collection if you allow the person under the microscope to remove what he pleases before “opening the kimono?” What did Proctor remove from his device? And furthermore, what did the Norfolk Coumty DA’s office sift out of it? We need full transparency at this point, and not just with Proctor. We need to know who else in the MSP has abused their power, and what defendants/convicts have been railroaded in the process.

In today's Karen Read hearing, Michael Proctor's attorney CONFIRMED everything we knew was on his new phone extraction.. essentially his attorney pled, “yes the phone is bad… but please don’t let her see HOW bad.” Proctor’s attorney said on the record that this 13-year phone dump contains: 🔹️Photos of intimate body parts 🔹️Images of people not involved in anything 🔹️Names of sexual assault victims 🔹️A whole lot of deeply personal material And then (I kid you not) he tells the judge to “assume” there might be ✨️homophobic texts✨️ … and “assume” there could be ✨️antisemitic messages✨️ from years ago. Sir… WHY are those your go-to examples unless that’s exactly what’s in there? 🗣🗣🗣 He continued his argument that none of it is relevant because Proctor didn’t meet Karen until January 29th, 2022 (the day John O'Keefe was murdered) and called this a “fishing expedition.” He also said this is “just a civil case” where no one is going to jail and no constitutional rights are at issue. (Meanwhile Karen is literally suing him for violating her constitutional rights.) They tried the classic, “she already got 38,707 pages of discovery.” 🙄 From a DIFFERENT phone. Before the mistrial. So you mean to tell me, the one "gotcha" Michael Proctor used on the stand to try and persuade the jury in Karen Read Trial 1, that he "was already scheduled to be on call" so he wasn't chosen to take the John O'Keefe case, was all a LIE?? Why did Bukake call Proctor to take the case if he WASN'T EVEN ON CALL THAT MORNING?? And how did he know that Lank was already on scene? It is so obvious to anyone with a brain that this was a setup. I would be willing to bet my life that Kevin Albert was informed about what happened and asked Bukake to call Proctor and make him lead investigator so that the cover up for his brother, Brian Albert, could be set in motion. Proctor is a FUCKING FOOL and a POS for doing what he did. Why is Michael Proctor still employed by the Massachusetts State Police? Why is his wife, Elizabeth Proctor, commenting on an open investigation he’s involved in and heavily conflicted on? Why does Elizabeth Proctor—someone who doesn’t, nor did she ever, know #KarenRead have such illogical animus toward her when it was her own husband whose conduct was reprehensible & created all of the problems in this case? I’ve had a lot of people say Candace will move to Russia soon. I don’t think so. Her visit didn’t go well. I watched many of the PR interviews they set up for her and they were disasters. I don’t know if it was a language barrier that made her come off as so stupid or if she didn’t want to really talk but she didn’t do well in any of them. She couldn’t even answer the questions they asked many times. One interviewer had to ask her twice many questions. She answered most every question with “family is important” for an hour. It was weird. The next interview (and I’ll post it again here) is a friend of Putin and I guess didn’t know she was Catholic. Because he basically said the Catholic Church was corrupt and satanists. They had become super liberal even so much so that they did same sex marriages. And that France and the opening of the Olympic Games proved it. You could see she was upset and instead of defending the Church as not liberal or corrupt, she went on a Bridgette and France is bad answer. I think one reason she did that is she knew this guy was Putins friend and popular in Russia. She couldn’t push back on him. She was clearly not comfortable the entire interview. 30 minutes in she cut the interview and said we need to close it here. Her interviews were a disaster, her security guy almost died (I’m still on the fence about the story on why he was sick) and Ukraine bombed close to the hotel and event. She can say all she wants Russia is amazing. She’s lying. I think she found out just how not amazing it is.

On the VERY DAY Karen was arrested… Julie Albert spent 12 minutes on the phone with Courtney Proctor YOU KNOW… Trooper Michael Proctor’s sister. The sister of the lead investigator who had not even interviewed the Alberts yet. Twelve minutes… on arrest day. Let that marinate. ON FEBRUARY 2, 2022 THE DAY OF KAREN’S ARRAIGNMENT Before 9 AM before Karen even walked into the courtroom Julie Albert has THREE MORE CALLS with Courtney Proctor. What could they possibly be talking about that morning? Brunch plans? Yoga classes? Or maybe… the arraignment Karen Read??? At 10:58 AM THERE IS A 27 MINUTE CALL A nearly half-hour conversation with the lead investigator’s sister after the arraignment. Gee, I wonder what they discussed, The weather? The Patriots? Or maybe… the arraignment that had literally just happened? This is not normal. This is not random. This is access. THEN 13 days after John O’Keefe died…Julie and Chris Albert were finally interviewed. AT 5:30 PM But get this, They were interviewed together, not separately. They were interviewed in their home, not at a station. They were interviewed without Colin present, So the concerned mother brings… Not Colin. Just herself. And sits next to her husband while they give a joint story. This is not how serious homicide investigations usually work. Unless the goal is not clarity… but containment. Right after their interview ends, Julie calls Trooper Proctor’s personal cellphone for 5 seconds (a “call me back” ping) then at 6:21 Proctor calls her back for 4 minutes, because apparently the lead investigator needed a quick check-in with a family whose son was at 34 Fairview minutes before a man was found dying in the snow and he had just interviewed her moments earlier! But they want you to believe they had No special access, No coaching No “off the books” conversations, No preferential treatment, No reason for concern. Just casual chit-chat with the Proctor family on, Arrest Day, Arraignment DayInterview Day Sure. Totally normal. Why is the family of people who were at 34 Fairview BEFORE the discovery of the body… on the phone with the Proctor family more than ANY other witnesses in the entire case? Right after their interview ends, Julie calls Trooper Proctor’s personal cellphone for 5 seconds (a “call me back” ping) then at 6:21 Proctor calls her back for 4 minutes, because apparently the lead investigator needed a quick check-in with a family whose son was at 34 Fairview minutes before a man was found dying in the snow and he had just interviewed her moments earlier! But they want you to believe they had No special access, No coaching No “off the books” conversations, No preferential treatment, No reason for concern. Just casual chit-chat with the Proctor family on, Arrest Day, Arraignment DayInterview Day Sure. Totally normal. Why is the family of people who were at 34 Fairview BEFORE the discovery of the body… on the phone with the Proctor family more than ANY other witnesses in the entire case? And why does EVERY call line up with, The arrest, The arraignment and The interviews …if all they ever did was “go to a party and go home”?

This is why the Colin / Allie pickup story has never sat right with me. In Trial 1, Colin Albert and Allie McCabe both seem very comfortable with the clean parts of the story12:10. Allie was there. Colin came out. It was starting to snow. But then the details that would actually make the story feel real suddenly get blurry. Colin says Allie texted him that she was there. He says he responded “come in.” He says he came out 30 seconds to a minute later. But when asked where Allie’s car was in the driveway, he does not remember. When asked what part of the car he got into, he does not remember. Front passenger seat? “Could have been.” Was anyone else in the car? He does not remember. Was anyone else in the car when she dropped him off? He does not remember. Then Allie says she believes she was in the driveway, on the left side, but she is not entirely sure. She does not remember whether she came from Chapman or Cedarcrest. She does not know which front door Colin came out of. She says “I believe” like she is saying what she is supposed to say, not what she actually remembers. So they both remember the time. They both remember it was starting to snow. But they cannot clearly remember the driveway, the route, the door, the seat, or who was in the car. Now add the new Life360 details, which raise even more questions about Allie’s movements and whether the documentary record actually supports the simple version we were told. At some point, this stops looking like a normal memory gap and starts looking like a story that was built around a timestamp. I am not saying what definitely happened. I am saying the testimony and the data do not line up cleanly enough to just wave it away. If the pickup happened exactly the way they said it did, why are the most basic details so hard to answer?

What is up with Judge Gildea's behavior and out of line comments? This judge is not only watching media coverage of Karen Read's interview, he's making comments that show some sort of strange bias. How is it proper to make comments about what Karen Read was doing with her bank account? He was mad about her team not giving Proctor a "courtesy" of telling him she was filing a lawsuit that he's not a party to, when she doesn't have to. He's been lied to by Proctor and O'Keefe's attorney's and wouldn't allow KR's team to clarify the record and hear that it was all bs. And he didn't bat an eyelash or ask any questions when ALL of the McAlbert's said they weren't available to sit for depos, until damn near the end of discovery, THE NIGHT BEFORE one of their depos. And he asked for explanation when KR's lawyers called it out that they are taking advantage of that behavior. There are just so many things this judge has done that are questionable. Rulla did not expect the level of drama she is facing on #RHORI. She says production told her Brian’s affair/mistress would only be a small part of the storyline “a blip” and that they would address it head on, then move on because people get bored and do not want to hear the same thing over and over again. Rulla says she did not expect the affair/mistress storyline to be covered as much as it has been. Rulla also addressed the NDA, saying unfortunately she cannot say much, but she did reveal that the NDA is connected to something else going on because the mistress was a minority owner in Brian’s business.
