So a police force with 70 detectives worked on the case for several years and found NO evidence, but the CPS said Don't worry, we will go ahead anyway damn the expense! So they had a court case that lasted 10 months and found Letby guilty 15 times over with no evidence Darn, that prosecutor must have been good!

@TVKev @ClarkeMicah Some of the recommendations will ensure that nurses are reluctant to take up posts in maternity and neonatal units which may run the risk of being accused and prosecuted for allegedly harming patients.

@TVKev @ClarkeMicah At least half of the recommendations are either pie in the sky or totally ineffective eg Thirwall believes insulin can only be obtained from locked fridges! A criminal could easily source it from elsewhere inside or outside a Hospital.

Not surprising but its recommendations will do nothing to save mothers and babies from bad medical care in filthy crumbling hospitals. Nurses, it will always be your fault.
