If being "trans" is somehow "natural" then why do some people require hormones they don't produce naturally? Why is there surgery available to "help" trans people especially when they are otherwise healthy individuals and the genitals work as they should?

Klinefelter’s Syndrome (xxy) only affects males. Differences of sexual development typically affect only one sex. When the DSD affects both sexes, the effects are different because, well, different biology. Sex is dimorphic and immutable in mammals.
