Amazing.. I feel the same after last night. Always have problems going to sleep. Usually still up at 4-5am. Last night went to sleep at 10pm and woke up at 4.40am - Got up, and went for a mountain bike ride. Got loads of work done. It's like my mind has chased the demons away.
