What my bill does: 🔴 Charges any person who knowingly performed gender-affirming care on a minor with a Class C Felony (10 to 25 years in prison or maximum $250,000 fine). 🔴 Prohibits all taxpayer-funded gender-affirming care. 🔴 Prohibits institutions of higher education from providing instruction on gender-affirming care. 🔴 Deems aliens who have performed gender-affirming care on a minor as ineligible to receive visas or be admitted to the United States. I’m grateful that Vice President-Elect JD Vance introduced the Senate companion of this legislation, and it will be an honor for President Trump to sign this bill into law.
