She was literally using her last straw of survival… her own body! Imagine being put in a situation where you feel like you have to sacrifice yourself as a woman just to survive. Just to avoid being sent back to the same hell you spent your whole life trying to escape. And all of this… because the only thing you wanted was to study. A basic human right btw!! Yet people were so cruel and disgusting that they reduced the whole situation to “she was offering her body for him.” Meanwhile, he literally saw her shaking from fear while she was taking off her robe. And before she even said anything, he told her “yapma” in that tone because he understood what was happening. He saw her desperation! And I will keep saying this forever!! Serhat hated himself for bringing her to a point where she felt like she had to offer herself just to survive… Then she asked him: “Don’t you want me?” And he couldn’t answer. Not because he didn’t want her we all know that wasn’t the question and we also all know what he wanted at the moment (his dream said it all). The Today Show interview got better for Karen Read as it went on, and she responded to the comment about how John was being lost in all of this perfectly: "He's not lost, he's the reason we're doing this." This needs to be emphasized more because it's the most common criticism of her detractors. Karen is John's voice. There would be no justice for John O'Keefe if she was convicted. She and her team have done more to shed light on what really happened to him than anyone who claims to be fighting for him while trying to put her in prison. She really humanized him with this answer, telling the public who John really was, and what a tremendous loss this was for everyone. We rarely heard this from her during the trial and it was powerful. The antis have tried to take ownership of John's legacy and she took it back with this answer. I know Karen cared for John because she sent me pictures of him that showed what a good father he was, and pictures of her with the kids that showed how much they liked her. She asked me not to share them publicly because she didn't want to exploit them, but she wanted me to know what a tremendous loss it was for the kids.

Why does PBD just automatically believe Candace about not only the alleged French assassination plot but also about Candace formally reaching out to the White House? There are multiple claims being made that Candace has presented zero evidence of—that there was a French government hit put out on her and also that she passed it along to the proper channels in the White House and also that she never heard back. One or all or none of these things could be true. We have no idea. I reported this person to the Gardaí for a previous video doing the rounds (which I won't be posting). She says she made the video because she is worried about "all the hate" one of the two accused is getting. The one who is accused of filming Alex as he was subjected to a terrifying and ultimately fatal ordeal. She says she is sorry IMO because people notified her she may be in trouble.
