Bhai, please. He was the leading wicket taker for India in 2023-4, and had more wickets that Jassi-bhai in 2025, despite being constantly benched by faltu Gambhir. One mediocre IPL tournament doesn't erase that.

Reminds me of Milkha singh movie. Late Milkha singh was distracted by female company and missed the Olympic medal. He eventually had a triumph over his emotions. In the case of Arshdeep, There are strong signs of lack of attitude and will to have a turnaround.

He is more focussed on reels than working on his bowling, he is content playing in IPL now. Its easy money, play for 1.5 months in the entire year pocket full 18cr and enjoy for rest of the year. Nobody has any expectation from his team so no added pressure to perform
