When I went in for the challenge, there was no bad intention. My only objective was to win the ball and help my team. I wasn’t trying to hurt anyone. As soon as the collision happened, I could hear Spain’s players surrounding the referee, shouting that it was a card. Almost immediately, the referee reached for his pocket. He didn’t take much time before making the decision, even though it was a World Cup final and he knew I was already on a booking. From my point of view, the decision was extremely harsh. This is a better angle of the Iurie Iovu red card last night. He's not last man as Ross Graham is in the box 😂😂 Yellow card would have been the right decision. It's a terrible decision made by the referee and thankfully that decision never costed us the match.

I found myself watching this particular game earlier tonight, and it struck me how extraordinary it was. It featured one of the most unique video referee decisions ever made in Super League history, a decision so rare that it has not been seen before or since. Eagle-eyed referee Ian Smith suspects that Brent Webb may be offside in a position which is nicknamed “downtown” by the match officials. Video referee Thierry Alibert confidently made the crucial and correct decision that would shape the outcome of the match in Bradford’s favour. Interestingly, Thierry is coming back to work with Phil Bentham and the RFL match officials department for the new 2025 season.

Mo Salah lost possession, and he initiated contact.. THAT WAS NOT A PENALTY!! As to Martinez, HE WAS FOULED ON THE BUILD UP to Egyptian goal! It was a foul (a bit soft but was a FOUL). Goals that come from build ups that have fouls, offsides, goalkeeper distractions, etc.. Do not count!! When you seen The VAR hasn’t called the referee to double-check, then it means they agree with the decision he made after making their review! So VAR can tell the Ref, when he clearly made mistakes (Corner/Freekick/Offside), or urge him to at it again. The team (Captain/Coach) can ask for review, when they do VAR does it while the Ref waits. Then when the VAR team doesn’t have an agreement then the Ref goes to Check! Now with all the Referee Team & Tech, human errors have still been made as well as emotional decisions. But I do not agree that errors made have been deliberately done to clear Path for Argentina to thrive HAPANA

If it’s a clear cut penalty, it doesn’t need 200 replays for a referee to make up his mind. If you start showing different angles to prove to the referee that he made a wrong decision, maybe then it’s no longer a clear and obvious error.

Everybody needs to put a complaint in about Good Morning Britain. Trying to make out that the St George's flag is associated with the "far-right" 🤬. This presenter is clearly an extreme lefty, defending palestine action protesters as they are harmless 70 & 80 yr olds yet all those protesting outside hotels are dangerous far-right racists 🤬. He needs to be removed because he is spreading dangerous misinformation 🤬🤬

In the game of American football, no one's trying to go offsides. No one is trying to get a face mask. It's just all in the flow of the game. In basketball you're not trying to goaltend or travel, but there are repercussions.
