There will be zero competition to Cybercab once it releases. No other company in the world will have the resources to produce a fully autonomous vehicle for ~$30,000.

Future robo taxi side hustle? 🔥

Elon Musk claims to have finished a 100,000-strong H100 cluster in four months. How likely is that?

Some wall street analyst say software will be licensed easily or copied relatively fast, but the absolutely fail to grasp that a vehicle produced efficiently and at scale will take years for others to start producing. And at the end we go back to the first sentence, software is worthless if hardware isn’t being made for autonomy.

Which one looks like the future?

I still think it needs this, at least in the first model year release.

And cab riding companies will have to pivot or decrease operational costs

Or even double that!

Put a steering wheel into in and it will sell likes sliced bread already now. Perfect for the commute. Cybercab during the week. Cybertruck or Model Y on the weekends

I'm absolutely convinced it won't cost 30K$ per unit: If in France 2025 we can build complicated EVs for human drivers in slow and old assembly lines for 30K€... A compact & simple, no cockpit, glued together 🚗 by Tesla will be 20K$ max: The boss is sandbagging like crazy.

Rip all other competitors 🪦

🔴 Apple spent billions and couldn’t do it over years. 🔴VW just released their new bus, but it’s more expensive and worse than the old model y in every way. 🔴 Waymo’s next gen BYD has more sensors and lasers than the TSA. 🔴Toyota thought the future was hydrogen
