there’s no reason someone working full time should still need: roommates help from parents multiple side hustles or a cosigner just to afford a basic apartment in the same city they work in. at that point the economy isn’t “tough.” it’s broken.

There’s absolutely no place in this game for a cheap shot. Football is a tough, physical sport — but it’s supposed to be played with respect. When a player takes a shot at another guy like that, especially a quarterback that’s defenseless, who’s clearly thrown the ball, it’s gutless. It doesn’t make you tough, it doesn’t help your team — it just shows a lack of discipline and character. We coach our guys to compete the right way, and there’s no excuse for anything less. What’s sadder, no penalty was thrown. MRI scheduled for Monday.
