He’s been pardoning fraudsters left and right. Welcome to Episode 4 of the Pardon Papers. More than 70 people convicted of fraud have received clemency from Donald Trump. Yes, that's right. The President leading the war on fraud is also the most prolific pardoner of fraud in modern presidential history. Read that again.
