I remember you appearing on Letterman singing Wild Angels around 1995 or so. Asked my wife, "Who is this?" She said, "You won't like her, she's country." Well, NINE concerts later, including 4 Christmas concerts and I STILL love you and that voice of an Angel! Thank you Martina

🦊 first of all, if i talk about that time.. i honestly couldn’t imagine that so many people would come but while i was getting my hair and makeup done, i heard from a staff that people were starting to gather at the store. so i was like “really?” then they showed me a photo and there were so many people. even during that time, the floor are was totally packed so i was like “what? this many people came?” at first i couldn’t believe it but by the time i arrived, there were really so many people 🦊 at first, i was like “even if people come, how many people could it really be?” i was honestly thinking like that. but there were really so many people that i was really shocked 🦊 the cheers were so loud. you know like when it’s that loud, you can’t even hear anything. there was a kind of ringing like “ting~” 🦊 so i was like “whoa” i keep going “whoa whoa” while greeting everyone. i came in like that 🦊 i was really surprised that time and it’s been a long time since i felt something like that

I really, really, really wanted to drop this song last year. When I first put out the snippet, I was so excited - but it was hard to finish it on time because everything was a blur. I was sick and weak and nauseous and tired and my body just wouldn't do what I wanted it to. Even in the snippet video, I wasn't feeling great. I was just trying my best. I adore Chike's voice and I knew it was him that had to be on the song with me. When I asked him to give me a verse, he was so ready to go, but he was out of town. As soon as he came back, he came over to my studio the next day 🥹. I got a lotta respect for him. He didn't know I was pregnant and suffering 😅 Watching this video back now, I can't even understand where the energy came from. When the song was done, I struggled to mix it. Even so, I decided to master it myself. I hate mastering, so I don't know what I thinking. I was so disappointed that I couldn't meet the deadline. Everyone had fallen in love with the song and was asking me to put it out. I didn't have the energy to make content. I don't even remember them recording this video. Given how much I love this song, I'm a little bummed I couldn't give it energy it deserves. But please, know that a lot of love and resilience went into this song. I hope that you can let less be more for this one. I hope you can give it the energy that I couldn't. That I can't. 🐰 at the the show venue today, when i got out the car…people were cheering really loud and even when i was coming out, i could hear people cheering right from when i was inside the building about to walk out 🐰 everyone was screaming “soobin! soobin!” and although it did make me a little shy, i was so grateful and it made me gain confidence 🐰 from what i know, i remember me being the only korean person at the show today and i was quite shy since i’m an introvert; it felt like i had been dropped at a foreign place all alone so it was a little…it was kinda physically exhausting but since italian moas and moas who came from various other places would cheer and scream my name every time i came out, it gave me confidence 🐰 thank you so much 💗 thank you so much to everyone who cheered me on today 👊

chan and seungmin talking about goodbye: 🐶 when the kids heard the part that goes "goodbye~" they were like.. I was like that too when I first heard it. I think it's a shame that this song is coming out cause I want to be the only person who hears it. It's the first time for this type of song and for songs like cinema that I wrote with leeknow hyung, I was looking forward to its release into the world. but for this song, it feels weird.. it sometimes feels sad and sometimes hopeful.. it's so good

I went to CPAC expecting America First and unapologetic faith. What I saw was something different. More foreign flags than American ones. A message that didn’t reflect the values it claims to stand for. So I did what I had to do. I went backstage. I confronted leadership. And I walked out. This isn’t on anyone I was with that was my decision alone. My convictions aren’t for sale, and I won’t pretend when something feels off. If we’re going to say “America First” and stand on Christian values… then it needs to actually look like it. I’ll stand on that. 🇺🇸
