Vernon on Kpop 🐻‍❄️: I feel like Kpop sounds more and more like American pop instead of Kpop and i think a lot of people talk about that too so it makes me want to go back to like the 2000s or the early 2010s like when i was in elementary school like wonder girls, or big bang or 2NE1, all that. I think it’s because kpop producers always try to bring American sounds to kpop and make it their own thing and i think right now they got to the point where they’re too good. You can’t differentiate between Kpop and Pop, i mean you can but the gap has become more and more thin.

Because I don’t think I’d be happy if I were loved without working hard. If I hadn’t worked hard and had just gotten by on talent, and if I had just gotten lucky, I don’t think I would’ve been that happy. So I’m just going to keep doing what I’ve been doing and keep working hard consistently. You all recognize it/notice it (my efforts), actually - so that’s what I’m grateful for. It’s also important that I acknowledge my own efforts, but I’m really grateful when other people acknowledge my efforts too. And the sense of fulfillment I get from that is really big too. 🐻‍❄ i became a trainee when i was in 8th grade. i lived through my trainee life not being able to sleep much. that's why i always slept in school, i was very sleepy. so my homeroom teacher suggested to my parents if i should rather quit school to focus on trainee life. but my parents gave the ok too 👤 they're very open 🐻‍❄ so that's when i dropped out. they must've had that much trust that i would make it no matter what
