Nothing in this list is overrated. All suggestions are true. Id do suggest also trying to include foods that contain suggested ingredients Magnesium - pumpkin seeds, almonds Omega 3 - fish Creatine - beed, herring, pork Vitamin D - fish, eggs

Just take creatine Eat pumpkin seeds Get lots of sunshine in the morning midday and at sunset Eat fatty fish You’re welcome now the only supplement you need to buy is creatine. You do not need all those vitamins People … food is medicine.

Agree on all four but be careful with the Omega 3 "supplements" as most of it is rancid/oxidized when you get it as it's almost always in a plastic bottle and shipped in the heat (think possible micro-plastics also latching on). Stick to salmon, mackerel, anchoves, sardines and hering (wild caught over farm raised).

Vitamin D3 supplementation intoxicated me. I don't need that. I get Omega 3 through salmon and sardines. If you eat well enough, you might not need this.

I feel great, run 8km a day and lift weights 3 days per week. Also drink 4-8 beers a day with no supplements. I am in my 40’s and still have abs

I feel as much as everyone pushes to take creatinine and keeps saying it’s safe makes me feel like it’s not. Kinda like they told everyone the vaccine was safe and it’s not!

I like all these useful information and then I remember.... there's a man literally spending millions and employing a full medical team just to be what to be, while we're out here hoping some bucks of supplement will do the trick. Anyway, something is better than nothing.

Creatine is straight garbage. Took it for a year - did nothing but made me have to take a piss constantly. Off it now and body weight/splits stayed the same

heres one not 1 of these folks will/have told you about creatine nor do you most likely know about. creatine may/can/will worsen asthma OR kick it off for the first time in your life. 😀 welcome.

Vitamin D3 & K2 are oil soluble so you might want to take some olive oil with them.
