Virabhadrasana (Warror 2). Stability in this posture is created with knee over ankle & engaging all the thigh muscles. Here the knee is tracking inward so weight is on the joints. The arms should also be shoulder height to open the chest allowing full expression of the pose. 🙏

Triangle pose (Trikonasana) Front foot should have the toes pointing forwards, again to allow engagement of the thigh muscles. Heels are aligned so hips are stacked & spine isn’t twisted. Bottom hand resting on the front shin to prevent pressure on the shoulder joint.🙏

A perfect trikonasana. Front toes pointing forwards, hips stacked (back of hips & shoulders should be aligned, try up against the wall to check) Bottom ribs lifted for strong core engagement. The inner front thigh should be feeling it. Even pressure beneath the feet.
