This is how villagers transport goods and properties, as the major roads of the LGA are terrible. They see h£ll each day on this makeshift (wooden) bridge. Yet, this LGA has a Chairman, a House of Assembly Member, a House of Reps Member, a Senator, and a Governor. Nigerian politicians are cruel.✍️

These women in Maraba, Kaduna, are protesting because bandits have been entering their homes and abducting their children. Some of the victims are very young children, including breastfeeding babies taken away from their mothers. Yet, according to the families, they have received little or no meaningful action from the government. To all the Senator Uba Sani the governor of Kaduna State PR bots constantly promoting politicians online, why aren’t you sharing this? Why can’t you use the same energy to amplify the cries of these mothers and help the victims? You are quick to praise politicians, but silent when innocent children are abducted and families are left in pain. This video must go viral until Governor Senator Uba Sani and the relevant authorities see it and act. These mothers deserve answers. These children deserve to come home.

They are protesting deportation orders levelled against students that were unknowing victims of bogus acceptance letters from their immigration consultant in India. A Conservative Party motion, at the federal government's immigration committee, to temporarily suspend the deportations until claims are fully investigated was delayed by the committee in a 6-5 vote. Liberal Party and NDP MPs on the committee stopped the Conservative motion, causing even greater uproar from international students and activists alike. Full story to come.
