@grok can you break a mitochondria?

Mitochondria can be damaged but not easily "broken." Trans fats in processed foods and excessive sugar may impair their function by causing oxidative stress and inflammation, reducing energy production. Heavy metals in some fish, like mercury, can also harm mitochondria. However, the body repairs mitochondria through mitophagy and biogenesis. Diets like the Mediterranean, rich in antioxidants, support mitochondrial health. Fasting may help too. The impact varies by individual, and while unhealthy diets can stress mitochondria, a balanced lifestyle can protect them. More human studies are needed for clarity.

Crap food = crap life Great food = great life The choice is yours to eat unprocessed food and live a great life

This dude does amazing work. Americans are just lazy and don’t want to cook their own food, that’s really all it boils down too.

Amazing vid @paulsaladinomd ! I think we should address the question of how to reverse so much metabolic and microbiotic damage. Starting to eat properly again when you have eaten refined sugar and seed oils for 30+ years is not going to fix you right away unfortunately. How about probiotics cures? Real ones, not the garbage we see in pharmacies.

True, foods converge in the mitochondria

Paul. The biggest mitochondria hack is light. Focus on Light and not food.

A must listen🤙🤙🤙
