Everyone in these comments talking about late payments and a fire lane😂 that’s Erdman shopping center in Baltimore. The first tow has no jurisdiction to tow there especially with her and the child in the car. It’s illegal to tow an occupied vehicle in Maryland.

Yall must not know tow laws, you cant tow a car if somebody is in it.. which is why the police couldn’t do anything, you hear in the video the officer tell the first tow truck driver “you gonna mess it up for yaself and not be able to tow over here anymore” so this understandable
