No payment for traveling to other countries - There is no reason for these politicians going to some place like Paris - They are not foreign dignitaries or some International Peace Organization - They need to represent their state. 4. Single issue bills - There is no reason to vote on many issues at a time - If a bill can't pass on its own merit, then it should not be passed. 5. When a member of Congress speaks to the media or the American people - it's assumed they are under oath, and they can be charged for perjury for lying to the American people and the jury made up of people from the state they represent and if found guilty they will immediately be removed from Congress.
