Rachelle would pass a Theater X every day on her way to work. She never noticed the Theater X until May 2007. The Lord prompted her to turn her attention towards that place. She heard the Spirit say, "Rachelle, go and share my hope and my love with those people." She prayed and fasted outside of strip clubs and that Theater X for about 18 months. Then she heard the Lord prompt her again and say, "It's time to go in." Literacy learning begins early. Check out this sweet little one as she “reads” a board book independently in her crib. Her language is not yet conventional. But consider all the knowledge she’s putting on display. First, she knows that books contain meaning and that they can be read aloud - just like her parents do with her. She’s got an understanding (even if her book is upside down) that as stories progress one turns the pages from left to right. And, interestingly, she may even recognize that books catering to her age range often include simple, repetitive text. (Listen as she vocalizes a similar pattern over and over.) A daycare for seniors in Minneapolis has 0 visible seniors, no signage, no clear services, and workers who don’t speak English but somehow stay open with lights on every day. They close at 3pm but claim seniors are coming at 2:30, won’t allow photos, won’t let people in, and say meals are given out to take home instead of served there. Staff admitted they serve breakfast and lunch, but also said “you can take it home”, which sounds more like a free food program than adult care. One woman hid behind a door, others covered their faces, and multiple people claimed it’s illegal to record there, even though it’s during public operating hours. There’s no visible evidence of any seniors, activities, games, or services being provided, just vague answers, locked doors, and a whole lot of red flags. And yet, in a city where 90% of small businesses fail, this one with no customers somehow survives. If there’s nothing shady going on, why hide? Long Post ! The internet is celebrating #TMC nomination of Menaka Guruswamy to the #RajyaSabha, with many highlighting that she comes from the LGBTQ+ community. Representation matters - there is no doubt about that. But for many of us, including myself , what truly stands out is something even bigger: her extraordinary merit and body of work. Before I even knew about her personal identity, (which is none of my business) I knew her as one of the sharpest legal minds in the country. A Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, she is known for her clarity of argument, intellectual rigour, and fierce commitment to constitutional values. She can standup in a courtroom and never use her gender or sexuality to make an argument. She can shut down people without saying “excuse me, I am a woman and ladies first” Look at the journey - Alumna of National Law School of India University, University of Oxford, and Harvard Law School. A Rhodes Scholarship recipient. B. R. Ambedkar Research Scholar and Lecturer at Columbia University. She has taught at Yale University, the University of Toronto, and New York University. In 2019, she and Arundhati Katju were named among Time’s 100 most influential people in the world. That is not just representation. That is excellence. Yes, she has been an important voice in advancing LGBTQ+ rights. But what makes her remarkable is that she argues with logic, scholarship, and constitutional depth…not identity. Her work speaks first. And perhaps that’s the real message here: people from the LGBTQ+ community are not seeking validation through labels. They are living with dignity, building careers, shaping institutions, and through their work making it easier for society to shed prejudice. So when Menaka Guruswamy enters the Rajya Sabha, it shouldn’t be reduced to a single aspect of who she is. She will walk in there with SEVERAL DEGREES THAT SHE WILL NEVER OR NEVER HAVE TO HIDE. That is the qualification that matters. And that is worth celebrating.

At CPAC Great Britain I spoke with Dr. Maria Hubmer-Mogg, an Austrian physician who walked away from her medical board the day her country announced mandatory vaccination and hasn't been able to practice medicine since. What she described matched what I had heard in every country I visited. Doctors were using hydroxychloroquine, following the work Didier Raoult had done on SARS in France, and they were reporting nearly 100% success rates. They went to their health departments and said we have a solution. Everywhere - Japan, Germany, Poland, Italy, America, Austria - the answer was cease and desist. And when they asked about running a study to prove it, they were told if you do a study, we will take your license. When Pierre Kory, MD MPA testified about ivermectin in December 2020, Dr. Hubmer-Mogg and her colleagues concluded it worked and began using it. The medical board started sending letters, then came the lawsuits, and then the day Austria announced mandatory vaccination she said she was done. She stepped down from the medical board that same day because she was not going to work for a corrupt institution, and from that point forward she could no longer practice medicine.

This woman is vacationing in Destin, Florida. She, like many people, are upset that they can’t go in the water. She doesn’t understand why there are red flags up for 1 foot waves. She compares it to our grandfathers storming the beaches of Normandy and the 6 foot swells they had. 🤯 Some people agreed with her saying that’s why they won’t go back to the gulf beaches. That they spent lots of money on a vacation there and there wasn’t a day they could even get their feet wet! They said they’ve seen worse waves on a lake. They said there is no storms, no reason whatsoever to close the beaches and in their opinion, they just didn’t want to work. 😳 Still others reminded them that it’s not just the waves, it's the rip currents, which they are standing right in front of and they're just trying to keep people protected. We had auditioned about a dozen people, but none gave us.. butterflies in our stomach. Then Miu walked in, and I instantly knew she had something special. When they talked, even before the audition. and afterward, I could feel…something there that told me this could work. Seeing them at the audition, it just felt right. I found out later that they actually knew each other. Other details they shared, like birthdays and more... made me wonder how their paths had brought them to each other that day. 🔥🇺🇸 THIS IS MY NYC & MY AMERICA Kristin Marino lost her father Kenny Marino in WTC 1 on 9/11. She was 3 & her brother was 1. They had sat in the same firetruck Hell’s Kitchen FDNY Fire Rescue 1 that morning before it went downtown and was crushed. She got married and her father’s BROTHERHOOD was there to see her off from The Plaza Hotel and took the fire truck to Rockefeller Center where she was married with St. Patrick’s cathedral in the background. As a born & raised New Yorker this hits especially close because my best friends father Richard Miuccio also perished that day in WTC 2 right before retirement. I was there at his sister Laura’s wedding a few years later and not having her father there was painful. But her father’s Brother was an FDNY Battalion chief and he WALKED LAURA DOWN THE AISLE. For Mr. Miuccio’s funeral they had the casket on his Fire Company’s bed. THIS IS OUR NYC..this is the NYC we were raised in and want to preserve. Maple had her third session of training with the mat today. Day 1 she figured out she needed to be on the mat and after she was consistently going there, we paired the cue "place". Day 2 continued with the cue and getting her to consistently go to the mat with the handler on all sides. Today we sat further away from the mat and gave the cue, from a distance, and had her stay there for slightly longer durations. She does very well. We'll continue to practice longer durations and cueing from different spots. Once she's super consistent staying there (that should only take a couple more sessions) and is a bit better at keeping all 4 paws on, we'll add some distractions and take the mat outside and practice. Eventually this will be the behavior she will be asked for if she needs wait quietly. We use it at appointments, coffee shops, checkouts etc. We're often asked what the difference is between a place and a down stay is. When we use a down stay, it means the dog stays in the down position and doesn't move, whereas place is more about a zone. The dog can sit, stand, turn around or lay down, as long as they stay on the mat and behave. It's often used in long durations for working dogs so it gives them the opportunity to reposition themselves to be comfortable. Later we'll work on eliminating the mat and being able to stay in the immediate vicinity when she's given the cue. #PuppyTraining Video description for inclusivity: Maple, a young lab puppy goes to a mat on the floor and waits for the click sound. As soon as it's given a treat is tossed away from the mat. She goes to it, eats it, and returns to the mat.

When she refused to go quietly, the hospital offered her £80,000 with a gagging order attached. She turned it down. After Baby P died, the offer went up to £120,000. She turned that down too. Six months after her warnings were ignored, a locum with no experience of the clinic examined Baby Peter Connelly. The signs of abuse were there. They were missed. Two days later, the child was dead.
