They don't get enough physical work. Post-industrial society has normalized this lifestyle where people — especially women — never experience a serious degree of physical strain, and this will mess most of them up psychologically, as it's not how humans evolved to function. Women, like men, are supposed to... go through these cycles of experiencing physical stress and fatigue, followed by the rewarding sensation of a completed task, and well-earned rest. When you never get the pain, you never get the pleasure, and you're stuck in this gray limbo of always being half-tired. It's a lot like how the narrator in 'Fight Club' describes insomnia: "Never truly asleep and never truly awake." Men experience this problem less often because they're more likely to work physical jobs, play sports, and work out. At the same time, women are taught that physical tasks that have been done by them since prehistoric times are somehow "unfeminine" now. In gyms, they're encouraged to lift those little pink excuses for dumbbells that are lighter than their water bottles, and don't accomplish anything but fool them into thinking they're working out. Then you have all the trads idealizing the 1950s housewife lifestyle while conveniently forgetting how hugely popular antidepressants and tranquilizers were among those women. It's time to stop clinging to this obviously broken ideal. There's no point in running away from pain and effort — they're an inescapable fact of life. All the healthy physical strain you've managed to dodge today will just circle back to haunt you as unhealthy mental strain tomorrow, robbing you of your peace and happiness. If you're a woman and want to be as healthy and happy as you can, you have to get rid of this notion that there's something unfeminine about hard physical work. You have to EMBRACE EFFORT. You have to feel your muscles strain, your heart race, and your chest heave, and you have to feel those things regularly. Life is hard, and hard is good. Earn your rest. P.S. When someone figures out a way of uploading camera-shot videos to X without X utterly ruining them with compression, let me know. I followed the guidelines — 1080p and 30 fps — and still got this mess that looks worse than a VHS from the 90s. Video quality loss used to be tolerable before, but now it's just ridiculous.

Modern conveniences are supposed to free you up to do more necessary labor, not to loaf, which I too have been guilty of a times. (I am very satisfied no longer living in a concrete jungle where even taking walks is depressing.) If you're feeling unwell, temperamental, lethargic, chop wood. If you don't have wood to chop, pick up archery, do at least 20 minutes of medium labor you will feel better, and the longer you keep it up daily, the better you will feel.

One thing I will always respect about women is how ruthless they're when it comes to their standards. They don't care about your stories. If you lost your job. Or the hardship you have faced in life to be where you are. All they care about is their happiness, well-being and their feelings. Unlike men who always make excuses for women, they will never make excuses for you. As long as you don't meet their financial qualifications, you'll always be seen as less. At the end of the day, men are just seen by women as a scheme to escape their financial responsibilities. This is why i told myself I won't go through hell in life just to be financially stable and settle for less. If I'm considered not qualified enough for marriage because I don't have the money it takes to take care of a woman, i will never consider a non virgin fit for marriage because I can never vouch about her past. Kings, If you have to give value in order to be loved and respected, make sure value is given in return. DON'T SETTLE FOR LESS! SET YOUR STANDARDS! BE RUTHLESS!

Don’t Scroll—God Is Calling You to Submit and Move Praise the Lord that He has given us such a commission and such a call and we should be humbled by that and we should want to go out for His kingdom and do that. All of you are usable by God. There is not one of you that is not usable if you're only willing to submit. We all fall short. It's a matter of who is willing. Here I am, Lord, send me. That's what Isaiah said. Here I am. Send me. You are all usable. When a lot of you out there go, well, what can I do for God in my life? There's a lot you can do. If you're only willing to be picked up as an instrument in his Hands and implemented the way you were created to move. Many of you are operating outside the realm of what you were created to be. And in this season, that's going to be reconciled. And many of you are going to change course in this season drastically. Because you're in jobs, you're in areas, you're doing things, you were not created to do. You have gifts for it, but you weren’t created to do it. And there's going to be massive shifts in many of your lives and a sudden turn. And the Lord is going to realign. And this is going to be quick when He does it. Realign you into the position, redirect you and put you on that course because time is short and He needs you operating in what you were created to do. He needs that right now. And many of you are going to enter that process in this season. So praise the Lord because you are. You will enter that process and you will be redirected. And you will do what is written about you in the books of heaven, what you were created to do on this earth. Because many of you know and feel uncomfortable and know you're not in your call. You know you are just trying to try to endure, you're trying to survive. And it's because you're not in your call. Surrender to God, allow Him to redirect you into your call and your purpose that you were beautifully created to do. Because it's needed in this season and we cannot dilly dally anymore and go dabbling in things we are not created to do. It's time for us to go to work and it's time for us to be willing to go there.

I believe this building will have lots of new facilities. I asked your principal, 'Madam, what facilities do you provide?' And she named a whole bunch that even I didn't have in my school. So, I must compliment all of you; you are going to have this AI facility here, which is hopefully going to open even new frontiers and opportunities for you. So use these opportunities well. Your teachers and your parents make a lot of sacrifices for you to be here, to learn, to grow and to have a strong future. We must always respect what other people do for us and respect their participation in making us what we are. By the time you leave school, you may not have a full idea of what your life will be like. What will your future be? But you will have a good idea of who you are going to be as a person for the rest of your life. They go through life thinking that they are talented when really they are just women. This is especially prevalent in media - I have managed both male and female YouTube channels and I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that men have to do way more to get half the followers women get! The lack of humility from commentators that have the easiest jobs in the world amazes me!
