They studied 81 identical twins. Same DNA. Same childhood. Same parents. Only ONE twin got Multiple Sclerosis. Then they found the difference hiding in their poop. Two completely normal gut bacteria — Eisenbergiella tayi & Lachnoclostridium — were SKY-HIGH in every single twin with MS… and almost absent in...

Identical genes but different gut bugs show your microbiome can quietly flip disease switches, so caring for your gut is basically low key immune system engineering.

MS is an autoimmune disease and like most autoimmune diseases, it’s 💯 gut related. I cured 3 supposedly incurable and 1 deadly autoimmune diseases per 7 Harvard et al trained doctors. I cure them by fixing my leaky gut and managing my gut microbiome. I refused the 5 prescription meds including steroids that the 7 doctors wanted to put me on FOR LIFE. It took 9 months to fix leaky gut with diet alone. Then another 9 months to 💯cure the 3 diseases. Diseases I was told were incurable. Shame on pill pushers!!! Shame on them.

My question is: has an effective protocol been developed and shared to cure or greatly reduce sufferer’s MS symptoms?!? 🤔

These bacteria (Eisenbergiella tayi & Lachnoclostridium) feed on dietary fiber, and on mucus sugars in absence of fiber. Meat is the way to a healthy body.

So many stories of a carnivore diet reversing MS. Makes sense it stems from the gut.

MS in these twins wasn’t “fate in the DNA.” It was a corrupted signal starting in the gut and climbing the nervous system. Specific microbes distort ion gradients, mitochondrial function, and immune bioelectric signaling in the gut, sending a faulty program to the CNS via the gut–brain axis.

Have to develop toilets that measure this as an early warning system and roll them out widespread

The key question remains, WHY or HOW did they develop this particular dysbiosis? THAT'S the root cause, not the bacteria themselves. What allowed these bacteria to take hold and overpopulate the gut?

So how is it to be treated? Sterilize the gut, then repopulate it with "good" bacteria?

I hope they transplanted the healthy poop with its bacteria into the sick twins ? I’d like to know the results if so..

The gut-MS connection is fascinating! Makes you think twice about antibiotic overuse and the importance of good hygiene without going overboard - we need healthy gut bacteria balance, not sterile environments that might disrupt our microbiome.

The identical-twin gut → MS causality paper in PNAS is a landmark, but it is walking a path that two clinicians already mapped out in real patients years ago. Thomas Borody (1950–2025) and Sabine Hazan spent the last six years of his life working shoulder-to-shoulder turning fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) from a “weird Australian thing for ulcers and C. diff” into what is now the fastest-acting, most mechanistic therapy we have for a growing list of microbiome-driven diseases — multiple sclerosis very much included. Borody started doing FMT in 1988, long before the word “microbiome” existed in mainstream medicine. By 2011 he had already published the first case series of wheelchair-bound MS patients who walked again after his signature protocol: total bowel evacuation → pulsed broad-spectrum antibiotics → repeated high-dose donor transplants delivered by colonoscopy and enema. Remissions lasted years. Sabine Hazan took that protocol, brought it to the United States, put it under next-generation sequencing, and began asking the exact question the 2025 twin study finally proved in mice: which specific bacteria are the villains, and can we reverse the disease by replacing them wholesale? Answer: yes, and fast. Days to weeks, not months to years. Their joint work (the book Let’s Talk Sh!t, shared trials, patents, 2 a.m. phone calls, and a now-legendary retracted-then-vindicated ivermectin paper) showed that: Bifidobacteria collapse is a hallmark of MS, autism, Long COVID, Alzheimer’s — and it is reversible. Single FMTs often fail in autoimmune patients because the old flora fights back; Borody’s “evacuate-annihilate-repopulate” blitz followed by multiple infusions is what makes the new ecosystem stick. Precision donor selection (the top 1 % of humans who still carry sky-high Bifidobacteria and almost zero mucus-degrading opportunists) gives dramatically better results than random healthy-donor stool. The PNAS paper’s Eisenbergiella tayi and Lachnoclostridium overgrowth in the ileum of affected twins is exactly the pattern Borody and Hazan were already countering in clinic with screened, high-potency transplants. Borody died on 6 October 2025. Sabine Hazan’s eulogy post is still pinned on her timeline and ends with the line: “Tom’s legacy in FMT for MS lives on — now validated by twin data showing gut causality.” He saw the future thirty-five years ago. She is still building it.If you have MS (or autism, Crohn’s, Parkinson’s, or any of the other conditions now known to have a gut-trigger fingerprint), their combined body of work is the deepest, most battle-tested clinical experience on the planet. The randomised trials are coming, but the N=thousands of real-world cases are already here. Start with Borody’s 2011 MS abstract and Hazan’s 2025 ACG autism twin presentation. Then read the book they wrote together. You’ll never look at a capsule of someone else’s poop the same way again. Rest in power, Tom. Keep fighting, Sabine.

I want them to do this with Type 1 diabetes in children. We know it must start in the gut. But why do some sibs get it and not others? Also more common in kids with a Type 1 father.

Interesting. I was thinking.. stress/gut. When an 🧡nt neurotypical person lives with a person who is asd:nt/asperger.... The 🧡empathetic, nt is truly affected by a parent/spouse/sibling who has a personality so different from them. The nt literally gets stomach aches from Living with a non-communicator, who lacks eye contact. The nt gets the autoim diseases. Lupus/ MS/ cancer, spine issues... stop in any group called, Cassandra, asp partners.. - Dorothy🌻

"100% Of Dead MS Patients Autopsied Had Parasites. Some Of Them Grossly Visible To The Naked Eye." Dr Lee Merritt, MD "Organized Medicine Stops At The Diagnosis, Never Acknowledging Or Treating The Root Cause." "Another Tactic To Keep Us Sick & Die Prematurely." "We make it sound in organized medicine, that if we can label something, we really understand it." A perfect example is Multiple Sclerosis. A diagnosis based on plaques found in the brain & the spinal cord. Upon diagnosis by organized medicine, that's as far as the root cause healing goes. No one is asking, "but what causes MS, what causes the plaques?" The next step is never taken to ascertain what causes Multiple Sclerosis. Groundbreaking research by pathologist Dr Alan Macdonald, MD FCAP, from Naples Florida has confirmed that the plaques in the brain & spinal cords of MS patients are parasites. 100% of the dead Multiple Sclerosis patients that he had autopsied had parasites in the brain & spine. Some of them grossly visible to the naked eye. "We have accepted that the 'smart people' of the universities were paying attention to this. We are learning that they weren't paying attention." "This can't be by accident. After decades of medicine & seeing them telling us things that are completely wrong over & over & over again, you finally wake up & realize this is not by accident. This is a long term calculated plan to keep us sick & to kill us prematurely." Dr. Alan MacDonald’s work revealed that every MS patient studied had parasites in their brain & in their spinal fluid — and inside those parasites, they found Borrelia bacteria (the bacteria linked to Lyme disease). This means that: *⃣ Parasites can invade the brain & nervous system *⃣ They trigger chronic inflammation & immune dysregulation *⃣ They can carry bacteria like Lyme deeper into tissues *⃣ Parasites + infections is the root cause in MS These plaques, clearly seen on MRI & CT scans, are actually parasitic infections, hiding in plain sight. We’ve been told MS is just the immune system attacking itself, but what if the immune system is actually responding to infections & parasites? It’s time to ask better questions about chronic illness — and start looking at the role of parasites in neurological disease. 👇Parasites Cause Demyelination In MS👇 👇Parasitic Worms In MS Cerebrospinal Fluid👇 👇MS Autopsies Reveal Parasitic Infections👇 Speaker: Dr Lee Merritt Video: @1_GODSOLDIER

So Accutane nuked your gut… That acne drug may clear your skin - but at what cost? It carpet bombs the bacteria keeping you healthy. Drugs like Accutane or Isotretinoin may appear to temporarily “fix” the problem of your acne (which has other underlying causes)… but with long term consequences. A guy at my recent Sol meetup details how he’s still dealing with poor amounts of beneficial bacteria in his system, years later. Your gut microbiome is your second brain. It controls your mood and your ability to absorb nutrients. Accutane leaves it in pieces. Luckily, the fix is straightforward - but it may be a bit stinky if you’re not used to it. This is what I recommend! Put simply, you need to cultivate bacteria in foods by fermenting them, then consume those foods. My top picks: ⁃ Raw kefir. Billions of living probiotics in every glass. More potent than any supplement in a plastic bottle. ⁃ Fermented meat. High meat, aged salami, fermented fish. An ancestrally consistent delicacy praised for its health giving properties. ⁃ Stinky raw blue cheese. Those mold cultures aren't only tasty - they're actually medicinal. Roquefort, Gorgonzola, Stilton. The funkier the better. Fermented foods work because they're alive. They repopulate your gut with the bacteria that antibiotics destroy. They come with their own enzymes. They're pre-digested and bioavailable. Our ancestors didn't need probiotic capsules, they simply ate food that was teeming with life. So, if you’ve taken big Pharma medications in the past, now is the time you replenish! Start slow, eat small amounts and then build up. Let the bacteria thrive - what you’ll notice is that you will begin to crave these foods and normal processed “foods” will disgust you. This is your microbiome repopulating.
