For everyone wondering how it all started. About an hour before this she was screaming at kids telling them to get off her lawn & calling them little bi*ches. We told our children to stay by us and not go towards her house at all. She came over screaming & yelling at us because "she wasn't talking to our kids". We had no way of knowing that. Should the police have charged him for scamming her, relieving her of payment?
