Thiel said this in 2010: “The basic idea was we could never win an election… because we were in such a small minority. But maybe you could actually unilaterally change the world without constantly having to convince people… through a technological means.” He must be stopped.

Using technology to undermine the will of the people. Isn't that the plot of every dystopian science fiction story ever written? Thiel makes me dread the future of humankind.

So they (Trump and Friends) fix the election in 2024. They tried to fix it in 2020 but the mail in ballot defeated them. This is statistical analysis not conspiracy theory. I worked with the Election Truth Alliance for 7 months analyzing elections in 2024 & 2020. They tried to flip the early vote in Clark County NV 2020 but they didn't do it with enough votes, they flipped it at the 500th ballot. Due to pandemic mail-in voting it didn't win him the election. So in 2024 in early voting again, they moved it to the 300th ballot counted. He did this in all Swing States. At the tabulator level. Here's a really short video 1 minute and 47 seconds that will explain. 💥 Statistical analysis of the Nevada Clark County early vote in 2024. ✅ Short Version. ✅ Long Version

Lots to unpack but Point 4 isn’t a philosophical claim. It’s a product pitch! ( please read) The man writing this slop of - “hard power will be built on software” He runs Palantir, which sells exactly that to the Army, ICE, and NYPD. (Not a bad thing in general, it’s a market like the rest - law and order is a required part of a society, but limits are needed for sovereignty to be protected) just don’t read this as we’re here to save you! We’re here to dominate and industry and make money (that’s the reality) Anyways…. Half the 22 points are cultural grievance as emotional entry. The other half are infrastructure pitches. AI weapons. Predictive policing framed as solving violent crime. AI-based deterrence. Rearming Germany and Japan. Let’s not forget that: -Thiel co-founded Palantir with Karp. -Was first outside money into Facebook. Co-founded PayPal with Musk. -Founders Fund backs Anduril. Same capital funding the consumer-app wing Karp wants to disown and the defense-tech wing he’s positioning as the serious alternative. Same root system. Different tree! They helped poison the soil or at the very least sat back to position and profit from what is left- as they point at what grew from it as human nature is broken and sell you the fix. 🤦‍♂️ The disillusion of the illusion is the only real thing happening right now. The rest is the contaminators offering themselves as the cure.

Don't forget that Thiel is a German who came to the US via South Africa. His upbringing must have been tinged with authoritarianism so much that he is this un-American. Fascism + apartheid = Thiel.

@GOVUK needs to terminate all contracts with @PalantirTech now, or as soon as possible - whichever is the sooner. It should be nowhere near our public life and, especially, not embedded in our health services or our military.

I think Peter Thiel is a perfect example of all the folks of the same generations who make up the tech industry. They're all products of the ME generation and expect instant gratification. They have no ability to wait for matters to take their proper course. @PalantirTech

I think about his statement all the time. It’s at the core of everything the US has experienced the past 15+ years and where we are collectively headed. And I think of all the collateral damage along the way, esp. the harm done to youth’s mental health via social media platforms.

He’s describing how companies get to screw over regular people through mechanisms like market making and preemptive strategy. Startups, especially AI, have been their gold rush, and it’s the Wild West right now. Most of these startups are selling the same thing in one form or another and that is CONTROL and MANAGEMENT over you. Look up: Preemptive Strategy Standard Setting Strategic Niche Management Permissionless Innovation Soft Law

I don't think Peter Thiel meant technology would usurp or deceive voters. I think he's saying AI can solve problems: people too embarrassed to research certain questions can ask the AI basic questions. Transforming politics away from emotional ratcheting that marxists love.

"alternative to democracy" - not politics

The sad reality is the “AI industry” was infected by Peter Thiel and Elon Musk long ago. Just as they did with social media, blockchain, and every other technology they’ve touched, they turned LLMs into a weapon to benefit themselves. They funded and promoted the Rationalist/Effective Altruist doomer cult and its network of influence operations cloaked as “institutes.” They endlessly amplified the mythology of transhumanism, the “Singularity,” longtermism, and existential fear of an AI machine god. At the same time, they seeded the industry with their own protégés like Thiel’s minion Sam Altman—to try to create the existential monster they claimed to be afraid of. But why? Escape. It is no coincidence that Thiel and Musk were both brought up in apartheid. They were trained to be supremacists who think they can inflict their beliefs onto others. Thiel gave away the ballgame in 2010: “But the basic idea [of PayPal] was that we could never win an election on getting certain things. Because we were in such a small minority. But maybe you could actually unilaterally change the world without having to constantly convince people and beg people and plead with people who are never going to agree with you through a technological means. And this is where I think technology is this incredible alternative to politics.“ The “AI industry” has not created a machine god; it has sucked trillions of dollars into a technological mechanism for the broligarchy to steal humanity’s ideas, art, labor, and resources and sell it back to us as slop. Everything the PayPal Mafia touches dies.

Peter Thiel gave a speech in a Hilton in 2010 that holds the keys to unlocking the source of many of America’s most severe problems. Key quote: “The task in this world… where politics has become so broken… is to find a way to escape from it. It’s not a way to fix it.” Palantir is currently tightening its grip around all of our data. Elon Musk is diverting untold billions into a Mars fantasy. All of the anarchist, antidemocratic ideas of the PayPal Mafia and the “Dark Enlightenment”—to use technology as an “escape”—were already well in process 15 years ago. —The internet as “alternate virtual reality” so you don’t have to “constantly convince people.” This is why he funded Satoshi (Bitcoin), MAGA3X (Pizzagate, Q), and pushed Musk to buy Twitter —PayPal (now blockchain/crypto/BTC) was to “overturn the monetary system” —“Escape” now more often referred to as “exit” —“Autonomous countries” now known as the “network state” JD Vance is a full member of the cult of the broligarchs. Unfortunately, this has been a very thorough coup and they have backup. It’s worth really absorbing what the living Antichrist, Peter Thiel, is saying here: “I don't think despair is the only answer. And I don't think, and it's because I don't think politics is the only way to go. And my thinking on this, you know, started to take a turn towards a more optimistic perspective in the mid to late '90s when I got involved in the tech boom in Silicon Valley. I ended up being the co-founder of a company called PayPal where -- and the initial founding vision was that we were going to use technology to change the whole world and basically overturn on the monetary system of the world. And, you know, we can debate on how much it succeeded or how little it succeeded. And there were parts of it that I think have worked, and parts of it were, you know, the jury is still out. But the basic idea was that we could never win an election on getting certain things. Because we were in such a small minority. But maybe you could actually unilaterally change the world without having to constantly convince people and beg people and plead with people who are never going to agree with you through a technological means. And this is where I think technology is this incredible alternative to politics. And, you know, there are a number of different technologies we can outline, but the task in this world where politics has become so broken and so dysfunctional is to find a way to escape from it. It's not a way to fix it. It is a way to escape. And there are, you know, a number of different options. I think the promising one of the 1990s and this last decade has been to escape onto the Internet and to sort of create an alternate virtual reality. Questions, of course, is still how does it intersect with the real world? There are, I think, escaping to outer space is a promise, although I think the space technology is not quite there. So I think that's sort of for the second half of the 21st century. I think we can try to, you know, create autonomous countries on oceans, underwater, all sorts of other spaces. But I think technology is the vehicle for how we should be looking to escape and move beyond politics as we find it today.”
