She says, “You’re late,” to Adeleas - the woman reclined on the outdoor chair - who winces and says, “Ugh, Verin, must you speak so loudly?” Verin walks up to the man sitting at the outdoor table, who is prepping fresh herbs. She turns to Adeleas and asks, “Are you hungover?” Adeleas winces again, indicating she is, indeed, hungover. Verin continues, “I’m speaking at a perfectly normal volume.” Adeleas gestures at Verin and says, “Could you move to the left a little?” Verin complies, and we see what Verin was blocking from her view: Lan, still shirtless, in the process of getting dressed after his training. Adeleas smiles and says, “Ah, perfect.” Verin sees what she’s looking at and gives her a look. As Lan puts on a shirt, Adeleas raises her hand and calls to him, “Lan!” Lan continues getting dressed and looks in her direction as she says, “You know, it is so warm today. It must be unbearable swinging your sword wearing such heavy woolen trousers.” Lan smirks at the insinuation, and walks towards them as he finishes putting on his shirt. The logo for The Wheel of Time appears over black, with the words “Watch Now” underneath, which is all replaced by the words, “Only on Prime Video.”

I’m rewatching the first 3 episodes of Season 2 again!! I absolutely love it, you’ve really got this old book reader of 15 years hooked. Carry on like that and Wheel of Time will become my favourite show as well as my all time favourite book series! 😉
